Is there an LCD TV Mount that incorporates speaker mounts?.

I’m looking to buy a 26 “LCD TV. I have a small room, so I will definitely always a cantilever wall mount so I can leave it against the wall and then they go out when in use. What I want to find a mount that at least 2 side speakers built in increases. I have and think, I produce it themselves. Each of the one that is manufactured prior to know?
