Job Title: Accountant

Job Description

• Establishment of a robust and UET compliant accounting system (manual or automated).
• Maintenance of all documents related to the IBM student registrations, fees etc.
• Maintaining and updating daily, monthly yearly expenses and revenues according to UET procedures.
• Employee wage disbursement records to be made along with on time payment.
• Admissions/readmissions fee records to be kept

Minimum Qualification:

• MBA Finance or Chartered Accountancy with at least 1 year experience in an educational institution or a well established corporation. OR
• BCom with at least 3 years of work experience in a government university or corporate sector.
• Must be excellent at using MS Office specifically MS Excel.
• Preferably the candidate should also know MS Access.
• Extremely efficient in their work.
• Must have time management skills to complete their assigned tasks promptly on time.
• Must have an experience of making inventory management and other important databases

Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Part time position)

Job Description

• Keeping in constant liaison with IBM and the faculty.
• Attending all classes with the faculty and assisting the faculty members in conducting classes.
• Making regular student attendance and daily lecture reports.
• Making weekly Quiz/Assignments and conducting them in class.
• Timely checking and grading of the quiz/assignments and on time return to the students
• Examination checking and grading according to IBM policies.
• On time result submission to the office and announcement to the students.

Minimum Qualification:

• MBA from an HEC recognized university with some related work experience.
• Must be excellent at using MS Office.
• • Extremely honest, time conscious and efficient in their work.

Job Title: Network Administrator/Webmaster

Job Description

• Set-up and maintenance of the computer laboratory and the office Local Area Network (LAN).
• Regular up-gradation of the LAN making it scalable and ensuring its robustness.
• Regular update / maintenance of the website.

• B. Sc Computer Science from an HEC recognized university with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
