Eligibility:

The candidates must be 

    

      1 Malaysian citizens.

    

      2 Age at enrolment below 30 years old.

    

      3 Have an offer to pursue full time post-graduate degree in the said university.

   

      4 Has good command of English , minimum of 580 for TOEFL or IELTS 6.0 bands.

   

      5 For Masters, the applicants must obtain Bachelor's Degree with a first class or second class (upper division)  honours in the related discipline

    

      6 For PhD, the applicant must obtain good honours in Master's and Bachelor's Degrees in the same discipline.

    

      7 Research undertaken must be related to Oil Palm or Palm Oil and its products,and must be beneficial to MPOB.

    

      8 Complete studies in the following duration (maximum):

          

            Master's Degree – 2 years

          

            PhD – 3 years
