Job Description .1. Configure and create, Purchase Process, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice posting, Inventory Count, Vendor master records and Inventory Management in SAP. 2. Integration knowledge between SAP Modules of HCM,MM, PP, SD and Finance (AP) 3. Process flow, change management and SAP module integration 4. Impact of Financial Commitments, thorough understanding SAP user functions and reporting 5. Configuration of master data in SAP and be able to guide and train the users on Business Process. 6. Business Process Mapping and GAP Analysis of SAP 7. Business Process Study and Documentation 8. User Training in SAP and Training Manuals Preparation 9. Excellent communication skills, and training skills 10. SAP Payroll processing, reconciliation, posting procedures, Provident funds, compensation, wage clearing, loans and advances and pension processes
Additional Info.  Business Automation Programme Manager (HRM & Stocks) Salary: Rs. 40,000 p.m. with 5-10 % increase per annum

Qualification & Experience  Master / Bachelor 16 Years Degree
with 1 Year Experience
Qualification & Experience Details  1. Masters / Bachelors degree (04 years) in MIS /Finance /Accounts / Business Administration OR equivalent from HEC recognized University/Institute. 2.Three (03) years post qualification experience in Stocks/Material Management/ HR/IT/Finance field in ERP environment with a reputable organization OR Only one (01) year post certification experience for SAP Certified Consultants preferably in FI/Co/MM Module

Only eligible candidates will be called for test / interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview. HEC reserves the right to reject any or all the applications.
